Plaza Commons

Plaza Commons is another housing option offered by the Timbercrest Senior Living Community.

Plaza Commons is comprised of sixteen, independent living apartments, most with garages attached.  They are located on Fourth and Snyder Streets in North Manchester, adjacent to the Shopping Plaza.  This provides convenient walking access to a grocery store and pharmacy.

Apartments are restricted to older adults at least 55 years of age.  They are available on a monthly rental basis on terms stipulated in a lease.
