Health Care

Person-centered, quality skilled nursing care is available in Timbercrest’s Health Care Center on a short term or long term basis. The Health Care Center can accommodate 49 residents. It is licensed as a Comprehensive Care Facility by the Indiana Department of Health and is certified for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Onsite rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
